False advertisement!! The real wand works nothing like they advertise. There is only a fire at the tip of the wand, no fireball shoots out of it. Terrible product they stopped replying after sometime. It took about a month to get the product, and I can’t believe I wasted 70 dollars on this!!

Do not use Incendio. I purchased a wand and it arrived damaged. The wand is faulty. I have sent over photos and videos 3 weeks ago and still have not been offered a replacement or refund. When I chase an update, the team send me tracking information saying the wand has been delivered but ignore any part to do with the fault. Total scam. I now have had to go through my bank to claim under CPA.

SCAM COMPANY!! AVOID!! Paid for 2 wands +Extras, Tracking says delivered but didn't come and the Company refuse to help at all.. You would at least think they would help try and get the items to me but refusing any help, Just check previous reviews,, nearly 50% are 1 star!!!

Avoid at all costs. Refusal to fix faulty product. False advertising. Based in Delaware USA. Clearly states made with love in california on thier website but the returns address is in Guangdong Province China.... not that it matters as they will refuse to repace their faulty merchandise anyway. Avoid at all costs.

Took 20 days from order date to delivery, missing the event I ordered it for. On top of that, the wand is very cheaply made. Pieces not aligned correctly, cheap plastic and wobbly buttons. It doesn't even work like the videos. There is no "shooting" of a fireball. More like a flamethrower that extends an inch from the tip of the wand. What a waste!

It looks like a cool product, but it is not worth it. The delivery gets delayed and there is no customer service. They are not accommodating even if the product is faulty. My wand was a gift for someone, so I could not meet the short window frame when I found out it didn't work, I emailed right away, but they were extremely cut throat and would not budge to even offer assistance or things I could try to get it to work.

Please don’t waste your money on this. It’s clear to see that the positive reviews of these wands are fake and they’re to try and drown out the actual reviews. My son used all of his birthday money on this wand and when It arrived, worked (barely) for about 5 mins then nothing. We went through the drawn out returns process (be quick as you only have 14 days) and then got a replacement when broke again after about 5 mins. Great idea but just very cheaply made and is based on a tiny wire that glows red hot to ignite the flash paper so immediately can see why they break so easily.
