Incendio Magic Wand (incendiomagicwand.com)Reviews of incendiomagicwand.com

Ordered on 30.04.2924, never received my order and have emailed several times with just 1 response saying they’ll look into it, I never received a follow up email. Their website falsely says they’ve a 4.5 trust pilot score. LIE! I wish I checked here before I ordered! I am considering seeking legal advise regarding this false advertisement and robbery!

Bought two wands and some extra ignition paper from incendio during their black Friday sale as Christmas gifts. They arrived promptly (from China, so 2+ weeks) and I wrapped them up and thought no more of it. On the day of Christmas they were opened, used and immediately broke. The first wand never shot a fireball, just burned the paper in the tip and then the heat must've broken the mechanism. The second wand shot several fireballs, then succumbed to the same fate as the first. Two wands and paper cost me just shy of £120, that's a fair bit of money I wanted returned for faulty goods. Contacted the sales team and was given an automated response of if its over the 14 day return period they will not help, then subsequent emails were ignored. Luckily I paid with a credit card and made a claim through my credit card company, and only just received my refund today as they also had a hard time getting through to them. Before I bought the wands I should've done better research. I checked the website and reviews and nothing seemed untoward, everyone seemed to be genuinely happy with their purchase... it's not until you search incendio trustpilot you get the real answers. Their website is littered with false advertisements, including a fake trustpilot 4* banner (which has since been removed). Luckily I had my money returned, but I now know that's not the case for everyone. Don't buy these wands at that price, at best they're £10 pieces of plastic that will break.

The Snape wand sat unused in the original packaging because I was going to use it for Halloween last year. I used it 3 times and it burnt out. Literally smoking as the plastic inside melted. I contacted the company about trying to repair it and their only response was "Hi John, We are sorry to hear this. Our return policy is available in the footer of our website, and by placing an order in our store, you automatically agree to these terms. This implies that you have a period of 10 days after receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange. But you can try to fix it or find any place where the professional can do it. If you have any further questions or require any assistance, please feel free to reach out. Best regards" Didn't bother even reading my email. Just a blanket get lost response.

The wands are cool if and when they work. One of my wands didn't work couldn't email them the video, nor would they help because of a 10 day policy... too bad if you bought the wand as a present

Wand never worked. They said that because I didn't contact them within 10days there was nothing they could do. I had emailed them only 20days after I received the product. I pointed out Trading Standards says you should have 30days to return a faulty product and they stopped replying. Scam

Bought this wand for my son. Waited weeks for delivery, button broke after 3 uses. Cheap toy, total waste of €60!!!

Absolutely appalling! The wand didn't work, arrived on 7th December, was a gift so wasn't used and on Christmas day it didn't work. I did a charge back through the bank because incendio refused to refund me, and the bank can't either because their website says 10 days! I am now pursuing through international trading standards.

Bought two wands as a Christmas gift for my son and they both broke within 48 hours after opening them. My son used them as directed and was careful. They were great when they worked, my son loved them.
