This is the most cheaply made failure of an object I've ever received. It did not perform as described and the plug in port is not even installed correctly. I'm so disappointed

Be careful and avoid any purchases at this website! Before I ordered these candles, I checked when I will receive the package as I needed it in 2 to 3 days. I checked the whole website and it’s written that I can Choose the option of how I should receive the package, so I decided that 2 to 3 days. After purchasing it in one evening, I checked the next morning with the customer service if it’s really coming in 2 to 3 days. Customer service texted me that it’s not coming 2 to 3 days as this package will be dispatched after 2 to 3 days and the package will arrive in around 15 days. So six hours after I ordered it and it was not dispatched ( I got everything in Several emails) I immediately told this lady to cancel my package. Somehow she ignored this email for 12 hours Although I know that my package was not dispatched. She just refused to do anything and then she texted me It’s too late. She told me We already sent your package which was definitely a big lie. I was very shocked about this fact that I was speaking with a scam company. So I was emailing with her a lot of times that she is acting illegally that this is not allowed what she’s doing. And she ignored simply my whole emails. After receiving the package state unopened, I emailed her again to send me the details how I will send back this package and receive my refund. She just emailed me that we cannot refund and accept a unopened package. I emailed her again that this is absolute illegal what she’s doing. In UK, you must be allowed to send any package without mentioning any reason. Again, she is ignoring me so for now if I’m not receiving any kind of reaction until EOB 17th OCT, I will sue this company. Don’t ever think about anything from this company!!!

Basically got scammed - No wand ever arrived, attempts to deal with the 'customer service' was beyond painful. THe courier used is some dodgy chinese one. Obviously paid $100 for a cheap chinese peice of cr@p, which im guessing the courier helped himself to, or was stolen. Just avoid this useless company

Not only does it feel cheap, the button is loose, the charging port is deep inside and looks like it shouldn’t be and now customer service is ignoring my emails. I’ve tried different sized paper balls annd the it’s just puffing smoke. Originally I wanted a decent replacement but now I’m wanting a refund. A lot of money for a poor quality product. If you could email me back I’d appreciate it.

I purchased a wand and the extra papers totaling $59 over 50 days ago and still NOTHING!!!!! They just said they’re sending another, but the tracking number website wants $60 to track it. FING MESSED UP!?!?!?!?
