Incendio Magic Wand (incendiomagicwand.com)Reviews of incendiomagicwand.com

Their website says it has a trust pilot score of >4.5. They hide reviews that are less than 4 stars. They do not appear to be officially licensed. They are liars.

Wish I had looked up ahead of ordering. Scam. Check Reddit and real users not self-verified reviews. I ordered 2 wands and they never arrived. Customer service from “briar Moana” gave a clearly boilerplate response noting the package was with the carrier and any shipping issue is not their fault. So I asked for the carrier information so I could actually contact the carrier and find the allegedly shipped package and they refused to disclose.

I ordered a claw machine for my daughter for Christmas (her present from Santa) 12/4. Per the website, items ship next day and should be received within 5-8 days. It’s now 12/19 and my item has not yet shipped. I have reached out to the company multiple times without any response.

I ordered a 3 in 1 hot roller brush from this company that immediately turned red hot in my hand and started *smoking bad enough to trip the fire alarm in another room*. I had to take it outside and put it on concrete so it didn't burn me or set something alight. The company refuses to refund my money because I can't photograph heat. This product could have badly burned me or burned my house down, and this company stole $65 of my money to give me a fire hazard. Please, avoid.

This site is a scam!!! On November 26th I ordered 2 advent calendars from this Incendio wand company. In the shipping section of my order it said it would arrive around 12/5. It is now 12/15 and no advent calendars have been delivered. I contacted customer service and they told me they couldn’t control shipping timelines. I looked into the return policy on their website and it specifically states receiving an item late is not a reason for return. I would guess they do this frequently. Don’t buy from them. This is a complete scam. I understood my advent calendar would be a few days late… but not late December… it does no good to me to give my two children an advent calendar at Christmas… if it even arrives on time for that. Clearly this company cares nothing for its customers and only for scamming money from them. So much for the oldish spirit. …. Not to mention last week I accidentally stumbled upon the same product on TEMU for 1/4th of the price. They probably order their products from TEMU and mark them up to make money. That is on me for not searching on all sites…. But, their shipping timelines are a straight up lie. Such a scam!!!! Karma has away of coming around. … save yourself. Don’t order from them.

Scam, do not buy there. I bought a Pokémon advent calendar, what supposed to be from funko. The things inside didn't look at all like on the box. Can’t get my money back…

The wand is not working, and I send an email about it but no answer. I was very very very disappointed because I was relaying in it

I have been emailing the company for over a week now to find out where parts of my order are. NO RESPONSE. Buy at your own risk.
