I can only echo other reviewers. Shocking company. Crap product and worse customer service. Bought in November for Christmas for my son. Worked a couple of times and then nothing. I emailed customer service who referred me to their refund policy. 10 days from receipt. Ridiculous and contrary to consumer legislationb. I emailed them to remind them of their obligations... nothing. Shocking!

This company is shocking! My brother bought my little girl the wand for Christmas, it’s worked twice and the wouldn’t work again. She was absolutely gutted! I assured her it was fine we would send it back and get a replacement. I have emailed the company 3 times now and I have had nothing apart from a generic reply which is no help. Would never use them again!!

They sent me a bogus product all in Asian writing. It’s not usable and it’s not the product that was advertised. I threatened to leave a bad review and they finally said they would take the return, but then when I asked for the return instructions they ghosted me again.

I ordered this item which cost me over £50 at the end of November. I paid for shipping protection also. I have not yet received it despite chasing the seller repeatedly. Tracking provided is poor and the seller is uninterested in assisting customers, particularly with refund requests. I am nearly two months after purchase, £50 down and no christmas gift. I feel scammed. Please don't waste your hard earned money on this company.

Ordered Funko Pop Pokémon Advent Calendar at the end of November. Didn’t realize it was being shipped from China as they have a Delaware address on their website. Item wasn’t received until Dec 20th. My son still wanted it and upon opening the calendar we discovered the figurines were not Funko Pop despite being in a Funko Pop box. The figures were cheap and had scuff marks/paint chipping like they were used. Contacted customer service and they said I could ship it back to China or I could keep the item and they would refund me 30% of the price I paid. I felt very icky about both options. Doubt the Funko Pop company likes that their packaging is part of a scam. Currently dealing with my bank’s Fraud Dept.

Just horrible! DO NOT BUY from them. I ordered a Taylor Swift Advent Calendar that arrived 30 December with no bracelet and 21 charms (instead of 24)

Wish I read the reviews here. Scammy. They Dropship cheaply made items from China which do not arrive for ages, if at all. Would not email me back so I have done chargeback through my credit card.
