The wand arrived weeks later than expected. It wasn’t opened right away because I was going to wait and give it to my son for his birthday since it arrived well after Christmas. However, I ended up deciding to give it to him early. The wand worked twice. When I contacted the company, it was after the 10 day return policy so they refused to do anything. (It was literally 2 days later.) Do NOT waste your money on this expensive piece of plastic!!! If I could rate it zero stars, I would. Also, I’m referring to the Incendio magic wand, not the cheaper knock-off version I saw for sale on other websites.

SCAM. Paid but never received anything. They don’t answer messages and there’s no other way to contact them.

Absolutely awful company ! If anyone need proof i have all the sent emails and order numbers ! I ordered a wand and the paper (Separate items) before Christmas, the wand arrived a few days before Christmas but no paper. SIX emails later using two different email accounts with NO reply, still no paper has been delivered. What am i meant to do. ??? If you see this review (The company), feel free to actually reply back to me for a change that would be a miracle !

Product failed within a few days of use, clearly a manufacturing fault. Contacted company and advised that they only guarantee against any faults for 10 days after the product is received by buyer. This was bought as a Christmas gift for our grand daughter. when this was explained to Incendio, they advised me that I should have unpacked, charged the product and tested it! This of course would have made no difference as it failed after a few days of use. Clearly this company does not operate a fair returns, or warranty policy and should be avoided. I have tried contacting via official channels to get a response but have been ignored.

Bought an incendio wand for my niece. Absolute scam, thing doesn’t work and they won’t respond to any communication to organise a refund. Do not buy from these people

DO NOT WASTE TIME AND MONEY ON THIS SUSPICIOUS COMPANY. Purchased a mini claw machine toy as a Christmas present early December. Out of the box the toy was very poor quality, definitely not like the pictures on the website. It broke shortly after a few minutes use. The company refuses to accept any warranty or refund claims. They show a US company address, but expect returns to Guangdong China as shown on their returns policy page. Definitely another cheap Chinese manufacturer masquerading as a legitimate enterprise.
