Like many others, I fell for the video ads. I received two wands, one of which worked 3 or 4 times; the other never worked right out of the box. My kids were so disappointed. I reached out to the company and was denied a replacement. I subsequently wrote a negative review to warn others. Today I received an email threatening a lawsuit! A quality product will have more than a 10 day return policy… avoid ordering from this company if you don’t want to be disappointed.

I also experienced something awful with this company. I ordered a fruit and veg tray for my toddler to play with in her kitchen but the tray arrived damaged and broken which is dangerous for my child to play with. I emailed to tell them the problem along with photos and their response was appalling. They told me they can’t offer a refund (for a damaged product!) they’ll only offer 30% compensation. I didn’t even want a refund, I wanted a new tray. I emailed back saying I didn’t want a refund , I’ll happily send the damaged product back for a new one and have received no reply. So I am now left with a damaged product.

Absolutely awful company to deal with, some train sets bought by my father they refused a refund as it was not broken even though my father had a stroke and can’t use the left side of his body, it’s never been opened and they did not care about the situation, I would totally suggest people think twice before ordering from such a vile company , the responses are automated style, no compassion given, even with us willing to provide hospital letters to prove what has happened

Would give 0 stars if I could. No contact from them despite 3 emails asking for an order update. Wand not received after 4 weeks and doesn’t look as though my money will be refunded. Avoid this company like the plague!!!
