There is no trace of my parcel. It had now been more than a month. No contact from the company. No response to dozen emails. Thieves. Shop elsewhere!

I have not received my order.

The Incendio Fire Magic Wand is a complete piece of junk. I read and followed instructions and the wand doesn't operate as described. It only smokes. The company refuses to exchange the product after 10 days, which clearly indicates how long they think it will last. Don't waste your money - it will just disappoint.

Terrible product and worse professionalism. The Product sizing is completely wrong and is of Terrible quality material, plus the Item Turned up with mark to it. The Company has ignored 2x emails asking for return reference as per their t&c’s. It was an expensive item for what it was, so it’s sad when this happens. Please don’t use this company and get scammed.

i ordered Jelly Balloon Ball for 266kr (40,45$) what i got is the same size as a normal balloon a bit bigger the papor towls but what i ordered was more like 120cm(47,2441inc) in diameter where temu sells what i got for 16kr about 2$

I placed my order on a Friday 7 March and had a change of heart overnight and cancelled the order first thing Saturday 8 March before dispatch. No reply to my email. I sent another email on 10 March- no reply. The parcel arrived today with no return address. The parcel remains unopened so I cannot speak to the quality of the product only the service that accompanied it. I have now sent several emails to customer support with no replies. I suggest future customers approach any future orders with caution. I note the reply below. The question remains -what are you prepared to do about my issue? I still wish to return the items for a full refund. I now have 3 parcels that remain unopened.

Sconsigliatissimo!!! Ordinato costume di carnevale il 16 febbraio ( garantiscono l’arrivo in 5-8 giorni), arrivato il 3 marzo. Chiedendo informazioni mi hanno risposto che loro non controllano i tempi dello spedizioniere italiano. Nella descrizione il costume (58 euro!) doveva avere gli accessori, bugia. Ma la chicca e che per la restituzione devi spedire la merce in Cina, ad un costo minimo di 28 euro, così nessuno restituisce, anche perché vista la poca serietà, magari non ti restituiscono nemmeno i soldi. PESSIMI!!!!!
