This is a continuation to a previous review. Today is the 16 Sep and I haven’t received my order. This company is a complete scam and I recommend you never buy from them. I sent and email stating I want a full refund and they finally responded that they understand my frustration and this order is being tracked by them and sent me a link to track my order. That tracking shows it is lost at customs. They are now silent and haven’t responded. I recommend never buying from them. Their response below is a complete lie. My order number is 59199. As of today Sep 22 2025 I still haven’t my order. DO. NOT BUY FROM THEM. They will steal your money. The best part is this was a continuing review of not seeing my order. You can go look at my previous review and see they have my order number and even offered a refund in that response. When I ask about a refund they tell me there is nothing they can do because it is been processed for shipping. This is now over a month and still haven'r received my order and they refuse to give me a refund. You’re correct it finally arrived yesterday evening. When someone spends $245 it shouldn’t take a month to receive their items. Now let hope they actually work.

My Tracking Number stated that instead of being delivered, my package was being held at my local Post Office. When I arrived at the Post Office, I was told that my package was being held for Postage Due. If I wanted my package, I would have to pay $11.20 for Shipping. I reluctantly paid it. When I got home and opened my package, there were only two wands in it and nothing else. No packing slip, no note from Incendio, and most importantly, no 600 extra Flash Paper shots that I had paid for. The Senders information was only: Bruce E. 93rd Street Chicago, IL. 60617 Yeah... The wand stopped working right away. Customer support refused to replace or refund stating it was over 10 days to return. But the delivery was about 20 days and we went on vacation. So, were not able to check upon arrival. Poor quality and customer service.

It says made in California on the website but shipped from china- after over 2weeks I got it- no instructions so I YouTubed it- worked 3 times and the button broke- no longer works- very un happy- can’t get ahold of anyone for warranty or refund- what a rip off

Bought as a present for my son. Worked well for 2 days now doesn’t work. Contacted company and they have a 10 day after delivery policy. Obviously it’s over the 10days from delivery, as was bought off internet for a birthday present. They don’t want to know about our expensive paper weight now, they’re had our money. DO NOT PURCHASE, SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY ITEM .

Placed an order on May 12th and it is now June 2nd and still haven't received my order. Emailed 4 times. Called the number that's listed on their website and says disconnected. I finally got a response a week later saying my order is in customs???? Why on earth is it going through customs if coming from Delaware as listed on their website. Never would recommend ordering, I thought I was scammed until I finally received a response.
