Have not received the item yet, tracking seems to show it is in customs and has been for three days. I paid the extra for expediting, that was a waste! Hopefully it will arrive soon, if not I will be in contact with you.

I ordered the right size m. I was not the shirt fits smaller than the size. Too much trouble to return. My two son's and g son wanted the same shirts. Too bad we can't do more business. I will just give the shirt away. We found same shirts from another company.

I ordered 2 items items and paid for expedited service/shipping. I received an email 3 days after ordering stating that my items had been shipped (even received a tracking number). Another 3 days goes by, about when my items should be arriving for my upcoming party (2 days away) and I received communication that 1 of my items was out of stock and they needed to substitute it. How are my items 'out for shipping' with a tracking number if the item is out of stock?? And why did it take a week to notify me of this?? And why did I pay for expedited service/shipping if this is your best service?? Horrible service, communication and company!

THIS IS A DROP SHIPPER. I cannot stress to stay as far away as possible. Simply googling this company will show you how much of a scam it is. You can find the same items for 50-75% less on aliexpress. Which Ironically is where they buy the items from before marking them up ridiculously. Stay away at all cost and buy the same thing you would get from them for cheaper at the source. Better yet buy something of better quality with your money instead of their insane markup cheap stuff. As others have said you will not get your item any time soon after ordering and they will not respond to any cancellation requests. If they do respond to a cancellation request they will claim it has already been fulfilled and there is nothing they can do. The item has now arrived A MONTH LATER, I tried to cancel it before it got to the shipper per their provided tracking. The seller ignored any attempts at communications until it was convenient for them to reply. The item itself is horrible quality and is no less than 3 sizes smaller than it should have been.

I've been waiting on accurate tracking info

The order was placed beginning of September and still haven’t received it had to keep asking for updates. Still haven’t received it as of October 9th. They need to change shipping companies

Not who they say they are. They said they are in Dover Delaware and are shipping out of China. Seems kinda fishy to me.

Made a purchase from this company realized I made a mistake.Immediately tried to cancel the order and they said since it was the weekend.They didn't receive it then.I sent texts early monday morning.And they still ignored my texts.Processed this order and sent it to me.Although I requested thirty times for them to cancel the order starting an hour.After I made the purchase. Telling them not to send it to cancel the order and refund my money. But no they send me a text saying, it's too late.They already processed the order.How ridiculous is that. There is scam.They don't exactly show you the product, but it's a fake mark off of a real product for instance instead of Hoka they have Hokz but in the picture, they really don't let you see that it's a z.And not hoka that it's hokz.sneaky bad company. Stay away. So they won't refund my money or return it. Because it's not damaged what a scam and I still haven't received the product. But they took my money out. Immediately. No good nogood no good.
