Ordered an XL came in a 2XL was still way to small to fit me tore the second I tried it on vary not inpressed

I bought a wand directly from their website, as I wanted the authentic version. They used the Shop app for shipping. It never got here. When I contacted customer support, they acted like it was my fault. The Shop app makes it to where if the delivery does not come, you have no recourse. My advice, buy one from a reliable online retailer, even if it's not this brand.

I ordered 3 paris of Men's Stretch Pants with Adjustable Elastic Waistband, Breathable Fabric, Relaxed Fit for Work and Casual Wear. I received the worse generic pants made from 100% polyester pants that were not stretch or breathable. Contacted company and they refused to allow for a return.

Haven’t received and paid for priority shipping.

Paid extra for shipping. Got it late. Bought pre rolled papers that were not pre rolled. Wand worked 2 times.

Kind of seems like a scam company. They put a "High Priority Customer Service" charge on your order that says free, but looks like its a subscription service that will charge you $28.99 every 28 days if you dont unsubscribe. Also, they stick you with the customs fees and refuse a refund if you dont pay the customs fees... Also, they show they are from Delaware, but ship from China. So you expect no tariffs, but I'm assuming I'm about to be stuck with a 100% tariff or be screwed out of what I spent.

Never received my order. I texted about it(email) and never got a response😟
