Incendio Magic Wand (incendiomagicwand.com)Reviews of incendiomagicwand.com

Zero instructions came with my wine that was frustrating The wine would be more fun if it did operate the way the video showed it.

I ordered two masks want to arrived but the other one has not arrived yet and I cannot get a tracking number until it gets to America so I don't even know if it's coming

The button to ignite wand is too delicate. Instead of having the button, sit inside of the wand. You guys could make it more sturdy and sit more on the exterior like with rubber covering some sort of spring circuit. Also, I found that cleaning soot out of the wand can be quite the hassle. Especially for people who have never you used your product before and don't know the quite yet know the appropriate amount to place in. (Guilty :) ) Maybe create a cleaning utensil to help get the soot out of the want. Maybe you guys could even change the color of the flame that shoots out of the wand by adding different elements into the flash paper. I really love your product and can't wait to see how you make it even better.

Costume was great but it took about a year to get here.

I need to get an extra charger. My dog ate the end off mine.
