Advertised a guaranteed ship date and…
Advertised a guaranteed ship date and did not come through! Still don’t have my costume and Halloween was yesterday! Your phone doesn’t work and you take forever to respond to emails. $130 down the drain

Was told costume would arrive by…
Was told costume would arrive by Halloween, it didn’t. Then they would not refund me. Will never buy from here again

Frauds and scammers don't let them get you
I never received my costume I purchased even though I paid extra for priority mail and now it's Halloween and my child has no costume even though I ordered almost two weeks ago. Will never purchase from this site again .I was also charged a second $30 charge on my account about a month later for nothing just a fraudulent charge and haven't been able to get anyone to answer the phone or email or even answer at all. When I did finally receive my costume it was horrible quality and already had a tear in it when I received it. The belt printed on the costume was around the legs instead of on waist and even though I sized up it was still too small . By far worst company I have ever delt with.

Horrible company don’t expect it to…
Horrible company don’t expect it to show up on the estimated delivery date and be sure to read their website because they don’t accept returns past 10 days and if it’s too small or damaged. Don’t plan on tracking your package either because that’s a scam. Doesn’t provide any information on where the package is in travel. I wasted $80 and got the rudest customer service person.. worst Halloween store possible 💯
