I placed an order with expedited shipping and additional shipping protection showing it would be delivered before October 31st. The costume for my son finally arrived five days late. Cheaply made and definitely overpriced and not worth the $90+ we paid. The entire customer experience was terrible — could not provide updated tracking information and refused to help with any kind of a refund. Would never order from them again.

The order was placed on 10/19 for Halloween use, having shipped out November is absolutely no use to us. Very disappointing on lack of communication and honesty from the start, if the item was out of stock it should have been noted,and also if it was going to be delayed. If you accept the order high volume is not an excuse.
