I'm Only writing this to advise everyone not to purchase this item for children! I was loading the Wand with the paper, and it exploded! The tip of my index finger and fingernail is gone! I spent the next several hours at our local Hospital, then was sent onto UK in Lexington for a Hand Specialist. I Really wish I was able to download the picture of my hand. I purchased this item for my Grandchildren; I am so Thankful it did not happen to them! Please again, Do Not Buy this for Children!

Do not order from this company if parcel not delivered they do not want to know they fob you off to contact courier but they are the seller and contract is with them .very bad customer service do not use them

Do not order from here. I ordered what I thought was a decent wand, I was happy to pay more for the wand as the site looked good and what they said about the quality of the product reassured me. I could of got a cheaper version of the wand elsewhere. however when the wand was delivered it was not in the box as on the description and also on my order photo it came in exactly the same box with exactly the same items in that the much cheaper version on other sites. i have tried to challenge this but have just been replied to with rude emails back.
