Wand doesn’t work. Opened for Christmas and my son was very disappointed as he had seen videos and was very excited. On top of being down £50 for a non working present they charged me an additional fee of £23!? Very disrespectful company. And no help or talk of a refund, just emails saying try this, even tho I explained I’ve tried everything including watching a video on YouTube.

The wand produced a small wisp of smoke on the first click and never worked again. The trigger button pushed into the wand and got stuck, so we can't even try again. On top of that, shipping took 19 days and now I'm receiving a $29.99 charge to my credit card account from the Incendio website. I'm guessing this has something to do with the $0 "High Priority Customer Service Fee" at the initial checkout. Based on the poor quality of the initial wand, I do not want any more charges or products from Incendio.

Item arrived damaged. It was a Christmas present so wasn't opened until the day. The company won't issue a refund or exchange the item if outside 10 days from delivery.

I have never felt so taken advantage of on a purchase in all my years of online shopping. This item was 0% as advertised. The provided images are intentionally scaled to make the Airplane Toy Set XL Emergency Rescue Play set looks considerably larger and better than the toy is. The accessories are NOT included as advertised. There are 4 little plastic cars that look nothing like the cars in the images and they do not fit in the interior of the toy airplane. All the markings on the toy are sticker decals and it took over 30 minutes to put them all on. And ya that isn't the worst of it. The buttons that turn on the lights, the toy plays Mandarin children's music and of course we speak English. I payed $100 for this toy and it was my son's main Christmas gift. I do not have another gift for him because I can't afford one. I have to give him the toy and it is so underwhelming and NOT anything like I thought I was buying. I could purchase a toy like this for $10. I am so upset that I was totally bamboozled by this site and I am not able to give my son the Christmas he deserves.

If I could I would give minus 10 . What a joke and scam. I received the XL airplane toy I purchased for my son for Christmas which costed over $100. It’s small cheap made joke. Looks nothing like advertised and I could probably get similar item for less than $15. I submitted the return request that you can do only within the 10 days of delivery. It’s clear to me that I will never hear from them. Stay away.

Ho acquistato la bacchetta che ci ha messo più di un mese ad arrivare e va be, fin qui tutto ok. La scatola è danneggiata e rotta sugli angoli e anche qui passi. A distanza di una settimana dalla ricezione del prodotto, il sito mi ha addebitato 29.99 USD per non si capisce cosa. Ho dovuto bloccare la carta di credito. Non so se mi hanno clonato la carta o cosa. Onestamente non consiglio.
