They add a hidden charge every month of 29.99 to your credit card

They didn’t send the floating candles I ordered and have not replied to any emails I have sent over the past 3 weeks. If this isn’t resolved soon I will have to report to BBB and dispute the $50 candles with my credit card company. Oh and even more scammy, the email “survey” they sent. When I clicked on the “angry” or “unhappy” buttons (in an email written in German maybe?)…those buttons just took me to the website…as if I wanted to spend more money here…but when I clicked on “happy”…it linked me to the review site. I just don’t know where to begin on this one. Top to bottom, NOT a company I’ll do business with again. Is zero stars an option?

Ordered a pair of heated gloves and got charged but never received the item

When ordering the wands you'll have a line item at checkout for $0.00 which is listed as some sort of premium customer service. You'll then be charged a recurring $29.99 fee each month from the website. I'm assuming that the initial $0.00 fee transitions to this new amount after month one. On top of that, the items are poorly made and do not work at all. This company is an absolute scam and should be barred from operating in the United States.

I purchased 4. I only recieved 3 of them. 1 does not work at all, 1 only produces smoke , and 1 works 25% of the time. Cool packaging, and I was so excited, but now it's just sad that I wasted the money. Will not purchase again, or recommend to anyone.

Got this wand for xmass won't work tried everything. Didn't receive it til xmas eve then was over the 10 day period. U should stop scamming people and refund wot doesn't work

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They only give you 10 days to return So if you bought as a gift for Christmas in good time and it doesn't work you won't get your money back I spent nearly £48 on a useless piece of plastic Does not shoot fireballs Cheap and tacky plastic Smokes, no fire at all Totally disappointed with no opportunity to return for a refund So if you buy it and it works for 10 days and then doesn't work you won't get a refund either PLUS THEY TOOK 29.99 USD UNAUTHORISED FROM MY CREDIT CARD 4 WEEKS LATER. Total crooks Do not use this site!!
