I bought the wand as a christmas present for my child. How dissapointing it was as the wand only worked the first two times only and then stopped (similar to other reviews). Eventually, the button stopped clicking and went all the way in and became unusable. I have sent two emails on 26th and 29th December and so far, no reply from the team. They must offer a full refund to such an utterly disappointing purchase.

Less than that one star review. We purchased a Xmas Train advertised as realistic sound with tooting, whistling, chugging and steam smoke billowing. although the train is running the sound and steam feature is non existant. We have tried to get an exchange, they requested a video, video was not able to be downloaded onto their email, so I have been contacting them for further instructions, perhaps whats app? They are rudely ignoring my emails and now I am left with $154.00 train which is no good to me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

The wand arrived broken.

I was very disappointed with this purchase. The bracelet arrived damaged, deformed, and faulty, and it did not match the quality or condition implied at the time of sale. After contacting the seller, I was repeatedly offered partial refunds (10%, then 30%, then 50%) instead of a full refund or return for a defective product. When I declined these offers and pursued a formal dispute, communication stalled for over a week. The seller later stated they would not refund or accept a return at all. This experience felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially given that the item was clearly defective. I would strongly caution other buyers and recommend proceeding carefully if you expect accountability or consumer-friendly resolution when issues arise.

The item I ordered clearly stated heated gloves and when it arrived it clearly is not heated. I contacted customer service and provided a photo of ad and packaging and it clearly is not heated. I was told by Customer Service that These gloves do not use any batteries. They are not electric or heated. They work simply as insulated thermal gloves with a warm fleece lining, windproof fabric, and splash-proof water protection. There is no battery, no charging, and no pocket for a battery. They are designed to keep your hands warm in cold weather and protect from wind and light rain/splashes (not suitable for heavy rain)." Which still doesn't explain the lies in the ad. I cannot get any further help from them and apparently have to eat the $39.99 charge. BEWARE NOT LEGITIMATE

Like others, had a recurring $29.99 monthly fee charged despite ordering a single product that required no subscription. I was not notified of this charge and had to dispute with my credit card. They do not respond to emails and there is no phone contact. Shady practices.

I never got my order, even after updating my address. Also emails have been unresponsive, and the customer service is lacking.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I wouldn't even give one star but had to choose one. I bought an "oversized" shirt for my son for Christmas. When we got the shirt it looks like a small and definitely NOT oversized! I reached out to start a return like they said to do. To only get told it was my fault that I didn't measure correctly and that they won't do anything about it. Now I have this overpriced, $55, white tshirt that is if poor quality that my son can't wear. I only wanted to exchange for a bigger size... not a refund.
