Customer service was great in responding, after I received my product is where my issues were the wands only work first 2 or 3 times then buttons stick an u have to unstick them an all it does after that is smoke no flame paper..for the price of them they should work better..

Over all pleased with the product. Small problem with the push button. If you push the button slightly forward while pressing down, it gets stuck in the on position under the wands main body and continues heating. And other than waiting almost a month for shipping, it's a fun gimmick and satisfied with the purchase.
