They hit you with a hidden $30 monthly subscription for absolutely no reason at all, I think that says all you need to know about this business.

I’d give it a zero if I could. We ordered a car heater from this company. The heater blew the fuse on our car and we had to replace the fuse. Now heater doesn’t work. Trying to return and they’re asking for a video of it malfunctioning which would cause fuse to blow again. And in the meantime this company has set up a recurring pay for NOTHING. Absolutely stay away from this company.

Button broke and fell inside wand after one try. Do not buy this product unless you enjoy throwing your money in the trash or lighting it on fire. You’re not gonna see fire with this wand so just light your money on fire.

Recieved product and it did not work as advertised. Then 2 months later realized they scammed me into a subscription and were billing me 29.99 a month for nothing. Their website mentions nothing about a subscription.

Literally never received the product. Never got any tracking or shipment updates, just silence. A month later I received an email asking to "rate my experience". When I clicked on the "unhappy" link within the email, it just brought me to the site's homepage. When I clicked on the "very happy" link, it brought me here to make a review. Comical. So here's your stellar review, scam-cendio.

Concept was great but Sadly not once did it work as described. Got it as a gift for work gift exchange and by the time they let me know it didn't work was too latefor the refund/ exchange. Aldi u didn't read the fine print until I got charged for the VIP club. And I didn't realize it wasn't on US based company ( as u can tell I'm not a very savy online shopper) but over all very disappointed

This website is a scammer I ordered an item under $20 and paid for the extra shipping cost protection. one month later I never received my item I contacted the seller and the seller blames it on the logistics Shipping Company. I contacted the Logistics Shipping Company and they do not have any sign of that item in their system so the item was never shipped from the seller and he lied to me not once but four five times I contacted they kept on telling me that it's the logistic Shipping Company. I also asked for a refund and I haven't received a response. The funny thing is that when I made my order I was a little wary about the website but I took a crap shoot to test it out with a small purchase. I'm so pissed off I am not finished putting more reviews on this website I hate thieves and scammers and I'm going to definitely advertise them so everybody knows.
