I like the dream of using this unit but…
I like the dream of using this unit but the bitter reality is far different. Extremely difficult user interface on both the iNAP device and iPhone app. So complicated you have to be a doctor to understand the iPhone app readouts and an engineer in order to get it to sync with the device itself. It was not dumbed down for consumers to use, thus making it unusable. Frustrated that company did not spend money on Ui/UX to make it drop dead simple to use first time every time. I gave up after a week and now unit sits abandoned.company makes all kinds of promises but does not deliver. Run by folks who have no business running a b2c hardware company.

No follow up!
No follow up!! Still Can’t get app to work!! Need more suction! I need it to be adjusted from 54 to 70 or 80.

Chin strap, detailed product description
I ordered items that don't fit my machine. It would be nice if there were detailed explainations next to the items. I also wish you made a face/chin strap. No matter how I lay it always falls out of my mouth!

Thank you Bethany for your feedback. We will improve the description of our products in our online store. Did you talk to our customer support about the fact that you open your mouth while sleeping? Please do so at you might need a deeper pressure adjustment using our Zeebud nasal dilator. Patients opening their mouth while sleeping might be a sign of difficulties breathing through their nose. We do not sell chin straps, but there are many available online for purchase.

The ordering process is a challenge and shipping is poor
The ordering process is a challenge. If you decide to pay as you go, different forms are required. The pricing didn't match so an adjustment was made. When it came to shipping the device, they missed the address 2x. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for the device to show up. In the end it will be 3 weeks before I see it will all the corrections their distributor has had to correct.
