I came to IFCA because I needed help streamlining my health coaching business I had built from the ground up, but more than that I needed help understanding how I could be a mom of 3, run a successful business, and still create my own schedule that promoted a good work/life balance. I can honestly say IFCA has done all the above. They have reached into my business and helped me understand sales and data, programs and systems that save time and make sense, and provided me with a coach (Leslie) who is also a working mom and understands the importance of work/life balance. I was a mom just hoping to be success in my passion whenever I had the chance and lucky if I brought in $2k a month - now after only 4 months in IFCA- I am consistently making $10k months!!

IFCA Accelerator and my success coach Leslie helped me take what was once just an idea living in my head and turn it into an actual reality. I started from scratch with no experience coaching or any knowledge of business whatsoever. A few months in, I haven’t even officially launched my program yet, and over the last 2 weeks alone I’ve had over 30 people submit a coaching application wanting to work with me. That doesn’t even include the messages I received asking for more info. I did this all while working full time as a travel ICU RN. The way everything is organized it’s so easy to follow at your own pace without getting overwhelmed or caught up in things that don’t matter yet. I had such limited time that I needed to be productive and work efficiently in the time I did have to put towards my business and IFCA is the only reason I was able to do that. There is a tremendous amount of value here with so many really knowledgeable people available to help along the way in addition to your coach. Don’t get me wrong, you still have to do the work and put the effort in. No one in IFCA (or any mentorship) can do the work for you, that is your responsibility. However, if this is something you’re serious about and are willing to put the effort in, you can absolutely trust that you are in good hands with the IFCA team. You will be successful if you follow the plan and stick to it. It really is that simple.

I have had an amazing experience with IFCA launch kit! I started the program a few months ago this ago, after owning an in-person personal training business for the past 16 years! I had a really good experience working with IFCA this past year. My main goal was to transition my personal training business toward a more remote coaching model, and they delivered on what they promised. The coaches were knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful, especially when it came to setting up systems, refining my offer, and understanding how to run a remote business more efficiently. I appreciated that the support felt practical and actionable, not just theoretical. I’m glad I did it and feel it helped me move my business in the right direction. Before joining IFCA, I really wanted to grow my business enough to be able to support my kids without a second job or income but I felt like I was going to fail and like I’d never have enough time. I knew that if I just had 3-4 clients, I could finally reach my goals! The most surprising benefit I gained from IFCA was that I COULD in fact do it and Leslie helped guide me every step of the way. Even while going through a hardship in my life outside of business, Leslie supported me. I learned more in depth about systems, lead generation, and so much more. Honestly wasn’t worth it. We had to switch coaches in the middle of our program and then our first coach wasn’t even a good mentor. Paying that much I would expect an excellent mentor in becoming a business owner. Wasn’t that at all, poor investment unfortunately. Did help get a business up and running though.

Signing up for Impact Fitness Coaching Academy has hands down been the best decision I’ve made for my business. Before IFCA, I wasn’t confident in my online coaching.
