IFCA DIDN’T JUST TEACH ME COACHING. THEY HELPED ME BUILD A BUSINESS. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Before joining Impact Fitness Coaching Academy, I knew how to coach. What I didn’t have was the structure and systems to turn that knowledge into a real online coaching business.
IFCA changed that.
With my Head Coach Ethan’s guidance, I built the foundation and systems behind NoblePhysiq, my online coaching business helping veterans regain their health, structure, and purpose.
The biggest change wasn’t just business. It was confidence. I finally had a clear direction and knew exactly what I was building.
If you’re a great coach but don’t know how to turn your passion into a business, IFCA can give you the structure to start putting the pieces together.
Five stars from me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Helping Me Level Up as a Coach + Business Owner
Overall, IFCA has been a really valuable experience for me and has helped me level up both my coaching + my business.
Some of my biggest takeaways have been streamlining and refining my systems, upgrading my services/client experience and honestly just feeling a lot more confident in my coaching offer and the value I provide.
I came into IFCA already coaching and running my business, so I wasn’t looking to completely start from scratch. For me, it was more about looking at what I was already doing and figuring out how to make it better, more efficient + more intentional.
Leslie was my success coach and I really enjoyed working with her. She always did a great job of actually listening to what I had going on, helping me work through things and offering practical solutions that made sense for my business rather than making me feel like I needed to fit everything into one specific mold.
There are also a TON of resources inside IFCA. Almost to the point where you have to remind yourself that you don’t need to implement everything at once 😂 There’s a lot to learn, work through and actually put into practice.
I would definitely say IFCA is a “you get what you put into it” kind of program. The resources, coaching and information are there, but a lot of it is on YOU to actually go through the material, ask questions, take action and implement what you’re learning into your own business. I think that’s important to know going into it, especially because it is a significant investment.
No program is going to build your business for you, and I think a huge part of the value of IFCA comes from being willing to take what’s available, apply it to your own business, test things and continue refining from there.

Helpful, but expensive and time consuming
Helpful. Lots of coaches to talk to. Lots of classes to listen to on-demand. You need to be able to go all in or you won't be able to stay on track.

I’m sharing my experience with IFCA…
I’m sharing my experience with IFCA because I think anyone considering this program should understand what my experience looked like before making this level of financial commitment.
I signed up for a business coaching program that was approximately a $12,000 commitment and was originally supposed to run through September. I participated for roughly two months before leaving the program and stopped using their services.
I want to be transparent: I signed a contract, and I understand that contracts come with financial obligations. My frustration is with what happened on the fulfillment side of that agreement.
If I had received the full term of coaching, support, and deliverables that I understood my $12,000 investment was supposed to include, this would be a very different review.
I didn’t.
During my short time in the program, my success manager left, there were changes within the company and its leadership/ownership, and I ultimately left months before my program was originally supposed to end. After leaving, I did not continue receiving the coaching, success management, or remaining deliverables that I understood were part of the full program term.
Despite that, IFCA continued seeking the remaining contractual balance and has now sent approximately $4,000 to a third-party debt collection agency.
That is the part of this experience I find most disappointing. From my perspective, I am being asked to pay the full financial commitment for a program when I did not receive the full duration of services and deliverables that commitment was intended to cover.
The experience itself also felt much more impersonal than I expected from a high-ticket business mentorship program.
When I began disengaging and ultimately left, I did not have someone from the business coaching or leadership side meaningfully reach out to understand what wasn’t working, discuss my business, or see whether there was a way to support me differently. The primary person communicating with me was a VA, who I want to be clear was very kind. My disappointment was never with her. I simply expected a much higher level of personal involvement and business mentorship from a program at this price point.
I also think prospective clients should ask very specific questions about additional expenses. In my experience, software was offered as part of the ecosystem for running your coaching business, but there was an ongoing cost of around $100 afterward. Make sure you understand exactly what is included in your investment and what will become an additional recurring expense.
I’ve worked with other coaching groups and business mentors, and based on my personal experience, I would not recommend IFCA to someone looking for highly personalized business mentorship. There are other programs and mentors I would explore and compare before committing this amount of money.
I take responsibility for signing the agreement, and I wish I had scrutinized the contract and the program more carefully before making such a large investment. At the same time, I’m extremely disappointed by how the experience was handled and by the fact that the remaining balance is now being pursued through collections when, from my perspective, I did not receive the full program term and remaining services I originally signed up to receive.
If you are considering IFCA, read the entire contract carefully. Ask exactly what happens if you leave early, what happens if your assigned success manager leaves or the company changes, whether you remain responsible for the entire balance if you stop receiving services, what additional software costs you’ll have, and exactly how much direct, personalized business mentorship you will receive.
This is my personal experience. I’m sharing it because these are questions I wish I had asked before signing.

Working with Robbie at IFCA is actually…
Working with Robbie at IFCA is actually a blessing. The information and the advice I’ve got from him is definitely helpful and although I’m new into online coaching, I couldn’t be any more grateful than I am for knowing what I know now and having him as my mentor. He will be honest with you and will correct you if you are off track always. That is truly needed for success every time.

Working with Ethan as my success coach…
Working with Ethan as my success coach at IFCA was an incredible experience. He was always supportive, quick to answer my questions, and genuinely invested in helping me succeed. Starting an online fitness coaching business can be overwhelming, but he made the process much easier by providing clear guidance and actionable advice every step of the way.
I learned a ton throughout the program and left feeling much more confident in my ability to build my coaching business. If you get the chance to work with Ethan, I highly recommend it. He’s an outstanding coach who truly cares about your success.
