IFCA DIDN’T JUST TEACH ME COACHING. THEY HELPED ME BUILD A BUSINESS. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Before joining Impact Fitness Coaching Academy, I knew how to coach. What I didn’t have was the structure and systems to turn that knowledge into a real online coaching business. IFCA changed that. With my Head Coach Ethan’s guidance, I built the foundation and systems behind NoblePhysiq, my online coaching business helping veterans regain their health, structure, and purpose. The biggest change wasn’t just business. It was confidence. I finally had a clear direction and knew exactly what I was building. If you’re a great coach but don’t know how to turn your passion into a business, IFCA can give you the structure to start putting the pieces together. Five stars from me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Overall, IFCA has been a really valuable experience for me and has helped me level up both my coaching + my business. Some of my biggest takeaways have been streamlining and refining my systems, upgrading my services/client experience and honestly just feeling a lot more confident in my coaching offer and the value I provide. I came into IFCA already coaching and running my business, so I wasn’t looking to completely start from scratch. For me, it was more about looking at what I was already doing and figuring out how to make it better, more efficient + more intentional. Leslie was my success coach and I really enjoyed working with her. She always did a great job of actually listening to what I had going on, helping me work through things and offering practical solutions that made sense for my business rather than making me feel like I needed to fit everything into one specific mold. There are also a TON of resources inside IFCA. Almost to the point where you have to remind yourself that you don’t need to implement everything at once 😂 There’s a lot to learn, work through and actually put into practice. I would definitely say IFCA is a “you get what you put into it” kind of program. The resources, coaching and information are there, but a lot of it is on YOU to actually go through the material, ask questions, take action and implement what you’re learning into your own business. I think that’s important to know going into it, especially because it is a significant investment. No program is going to build your business for you, and I think a huge part of the value of IFCA comes from being willing to take what’s available, apply it to your own business, test things and continue refining from there.

Working with IFCA was a game changer for my business. Having Ethan as my coach was the perfect fit. He helped me see things I couldnt, he helped with more than just sales and marketing, but mindset as well. I am grateful for this experiance and highly recommend Ethan and IFCA to any caoching wanting to grow their business.

Robbie has been great. He is quick to respond and provides actionable feedback. His support has helped me tremendously

Working with Ethan as my success coach at IFCA was an incredible experience. He was always supportive, quick to answer my questions, and genuinely invested in helping me succeed. Starting an online fitness coaching business can be overwhelming, but he made the process much easier by providing clear guidance and actionable advice every step of the way. I learned a ton throughout the program and left feeling much more confident in my ability to build my coaching business. If you get the chance to work with Ethan, I highly recommend it. He’s an outstanding coach who truly cares about your success.

I had Robbie Farlow as my mentor. He was there for me every step of the way. He had an answer for every problem that I had, whether that was a total pivot in the direction of my business, last second advice on fielding sales calls, or honest opinion of content creation. I started my business from nothing, and IFCA gave me nothing but a firehose of education and tools to help my business succeed. It was well worth the investment if you are a 10 toes in, self motivated individual.

As a new coach with no systems or understanding what I needed to be doing to move the needle, IFCA actually gave me roadmap of what to do and when which was SUPER helpful! Adding in my coach Robbie to check-in with each week and help stay on top of the important things I need to be doing it was just what I needed to get the ball rolling and build my confidence as a coach and business owner. Still in the early stages but wouldn't change the investment I made and definitely recommend if you're serious about building a coaching business!

I invested in IFCA because I was tired of guessing and wanted to learn how to build an online fitness coaching business the right way. Robbie has been an awesome mentor throughout the process. He's a straight shooter, keeps it real, and gives you the advice you need instead of just telling you what you want to hear. I respect that a lot. He's helped me become a better coach, think bigger, and take action instead of overthinking everything. Building a business isn't easy, but having someone in your corner who's been through it and genuinely wants to see you win makes a huge difference. I'm still building and have a long way to go, but I've grown a lot already because of the mentorship and support I've received. If you're serious about becoming an online fitness coach and willing to do the work, I'd definitely recommend working with Robbie and the IFCA team.
