Joining IFCA has been a game changer for me. I have been pushed and supported to overcome obstacles that have stopped my progress for YEARS. The program and templates they have makes things so easy. I never have to wonder what I’m going to do or how I’m going to do it. And when I do have questions, the community and coaches are so helpful! I’d recommend IFCA to anyone that wants to see some quick wins but ultimately wants a sustainable business they are proud of and a community they want to be a part of.

I have been working with IFCA for over a year and have seen tremendous growth in my fitness coaching company from the very start! I was paired with a success coach to guide my journey and personalize my experience and received countless tools and resources to grow my business and provide better coaching to my clients. Since working with IFCA I have implemented systems that streamlined the backend of my business so that I can focus on helping my clients get results and, I have tripled my revenue! I couldn't be happier with my results as a part of their program! Best investment I've ever made 🌟

I've been with IFCA since I started my company over 3 years ago and I'm so grateful I hired them first and at the very beginning. I've learned so much and my business has grown to 6 figures for the second year and I continue to hit major milestones with the help and support I need. They have education and support for every single area of a business so you never feel left in the dark. Everything is done for you to implement and execute. Very happy to be part of the IFCA fam!

Before joining IFCA in August 2022, I had made a grand total of $800 via my online fitness coaching "side hustle." After joining IFCA - and by the end of 2022 - my total contracted revenue was $20,550. That increase is just within the first 4 months of working with IFCA. And no, I didn't have a large social media presence. I had ~500 Facebook friends and 182 Instagram followers. In 2023, I contracted an additional $60,470 with my online fitness business. And I am still building the business in my spare time while working at a full-time corporate job. IFCA seriously rocks. Join them and do exactly what they say. They'll help you build your business one brick at a time. And they'll support you every step of the way. Major focus areas for beginners: Lead Generations, Sales Skills, Coaching Skills, Systems, Offer Creation and Pricing. Major focus areas for advanced coaches: Scaling, Hiring and Leadership. Where will I go next? I plan to soon quit my corporate job and run my fitness business full-time.

Before enrolling with IFCA I was a full-time in-person trainer, working 50+ hours per week on the gym floor. IFCA helped me transition to online coaching, and within 10 months of joining, I surpassed the 6-figure mark online. If you're eager to learn, coachable, and willing to put in the work... the IFCA Team will do everything they can to ensure your success.

In August of 2020, my husband and I decided to join IFCA, though initially hesitant about whether this mentorship program would truly benefit us. At that time, our online business was non-existent, and we were eager to start and grow. IFCA not only provided us with a roadmap of what we needed to do, but also provided valuable systems and hours of resources and trainings. To say that IFCA lived up to our expectations would be an understatement; it forever changed our lives. Beyond business growth, the program empowered us to build confidence, break old habits and patterns, and transform our mindset.
I wholeheartedly recommend IFCA for anyone involved in or aspiring to pursue an online fitness coaching business.

I joined IFCA in 2021 and have been with them since. The decision I made to join was a bit impulsive... but thank goodness did I find a good group of people I can trust. The team truly cares about raising the standard of coaching in the industry. My feedback has always been heard and they have taken my business from less than $100k per year in revenue to now nearing 1M and beyond. It's on you to take action and put in the work, and you can't just be in it for quick cash. You have to have a strong mission for coaching people in the fitness industry to be successful long-term. But if that's what you want to do, IFCA is the gold standard in the mentorship space to take you farther than you ever thought possible.

I wouldn’t be where I am today without IFCA. Prior to joining IFCA I really had clue how to get my business started. They provided me with everything I needed to get my backend systems set up and just really give me a roadmap of how to get everything started and off the ground. My biggest hesitation joining was definitely the investment, but I had been struggling on my own for a year and a half and told myself it was time to invest in myself and my business and finally ask for the help I knew I needed. Now I have all my backend systems going, I have a whole client fulfillment process in place, my social media is thriving and I just really feel like I have a better understanding of what I’m doing. My biggest transformation from this whole experience is how much I’ve learned about myself. I’ve been pushed out of my comfort zone to achieve certain goals I had for myself and in hitting those goals I’ve found it’s definitely worth that push.
