I started with IFCA a month into starting my new business and I had no idea how I was going to make it work. I had never run a business and was brand new to health and wellness having worked in finance my while career. I was nervous to sign up because it was a big investment in myself and I never invested in myself before. However, I was really lost and after talking to Sam I knew that IFCA was the right place for me. I really felt they would help me grow my business and I would have no problem recouping my investment. My success coach Nick has been invaluable through my journey. He's helped me in every aspect from planning my work day to client acquisition. I love that Nick believes in me and my business and has given me the confidence to grow my business in ways I didn't think was possible! If you are thinking about signing up, I can't recommend IFCA enough. Like I said, I wouldn't be where I am today without them!

My biggest hesitation prior to joining IFCA was the cost. I had already spent a lot of money on another program and the thought of spending more was totally freaking me out. Plus, I wasn't sure if IFCA would give me what I need. Before joining IFCA I struggled financially. I worked for an Online company as an Online Coach and even though I had 30 clients my monthly income was super low. I was frustrated, stressed, feeling down and scared. I knew I was capable of so much more, but I was also afraid to take that chance. After many chats with Sam, I joined. Super appreciative of Sam for believing in me and pushing me outside of my comfort zone. Now, I am 6 weeks into the program and have made more money in 6 weeks than I did in 6 months of working for another company!! But, the best part is being able to help women! Leslie, my mentor is awesome. She is with me every step of the way. She truly cares and provides a lot of helpful tips/suggestions. IFCA does a great job of guiding and educating you. I needed the structure and I am so appreciative of the step by step process. My biggest personal transformation is confidence. Prior to IFCA confidence was holding me back from taking big steps. IFCA has taught me that it is better to take messy action versus no action. Each time I take action I get more reps in and I feel more confident. I no longer am allowing fear to hold me back. I know I am capable. I am grateful for IFCA pushing me out of my comfort zone and providing me the tools to succeed.

Before IFCA, I didn't have an online business, but knew if I could just learn how (from the right people), that I would be unstoppable - and having the highest standards and integrity, the choice to work with IFCA was a no-brainer. Getting a business off the ground, while working full time is not an easy feat, but worth every grinding moment. I didn't even realize the limiting beliefs that were still weighing me down, until the IFCA program began peeling back the layers of me, through IFCA Accelerator. I could not believe how enjoyable they made the process of getting down to basics & helping people! I began coaching long before social media was even a thing, so I didn’t have a running start with my brand online & had a journey to reconnect with my audience and ICA - but now have my first few clients and am really beginning to get the hang of it! Not only am I super proud of my own growth, but the growth of my business reinforces the choice I made to go with IFCA. My biggest hesitation about joining IFCA first and foremost was the upfront cost of the program. Prior to joining IFCA, I had my own health and wellness transformation and I wanted to take what I've learned to help other people, but I didn't know how to get started with building a business. Now I have a business plan in place. I have my systems built and working, and I have guidance as to how to coach my clients. I continue to learn on my journey with IFCA, but one of the biggest transformations I have had personally is building my confidence to show up online and to talk to my ideal clients.

This company has everything you need and has thought of all the things from logistics backend for your business, to client delivery and keeping you accountable to get your business off the ground and running! Really appreciate the customized coaching for business owners and us serving our clients. I’ve been in the business for years and I highly recommend this as the one stop shop for all you need to succeed in serving your clients and collaborating with other business owners.

I started IFCA new to posting online, new to online health coaching, and new to running my own business. Needless to say I went in not sure what my expectations were and if I would have success. But I was stuck in my career and needed something better for myself and my family. IFCA truly changed my life. They gave me all the support and actual templates / resources to start my business and GROW it. It gave me the freedom to create my own schedule, be home with my kids, and earn more than I thought I ever would by coaching people online. I've since tried other mentorships and IFCA is definitely the best one out there if you are a health or fitness professional looking to create or grow an online business for time and financial freedom. Couldn't recommend them enough!!!

I was agonizing over whether or not to proceed with online coaching when I came across an advertisement for IFCA on Instagram. I did my research on the company and decided to move forward. A rapport call was set up with Samantha, and right away I knew I was in the right place. I was blown away by the level of professionalism and after the second call I had zero hesitation with committing. What I experienced in the other side of commitment was worth more than the price of admission… hours and hours of instructional videos, live Q&A sessions, an online community, streamlined systems and a personal coach (Nick you’re the best) to walk you through the process!!! How could you not be successful. I had my first clients within a few weeks! The people of IFCA are genuine, care about my success, and care about the health of my clients. Before joining, I was hoping IFCA would have what I needed to scale, but I wasn't sure. I was spending so much time working in the business, I didn't have time to grow it, and I only had a few strategies to bring in clients. I was stalled for over a year and needed more strategy. Now, I have a scalable, impactful business, with more time to focus on building the business and brand to help more people. My biggest transformation outside of the business has been more efficiency, better leadership of myself and team, and honestly, confidence that my business will stand the test of time!
