Richard Yu - Setter Certification Program™Reviews of impactclients.co

Enrolling in this program was a significant decision and commitment for me, as I had no prior experience in this line of work. However, my coach, Alex Le, has been great, and I am genuinely grateful that he ended up being my coach. He and the community have all been incredibly patient, understanding, and direct in their guidance. There was no ambiguity or rudeness. I encountered some difficulties with my job a few weeks ago, which limited my availability for studying and RP time, but kept in touch with Alex. However, he remained calm and understanding, fully aware of my situation. Being a part of this program has been a wonderful journey thus far, and I am confident that it will only get better from here on out. I extend my blessings to all of you!

Joining this program was a big choice and commitment since I've never done this type of work before. It was a bit tough at first since I recently quit my job and was looking into something more promising. My coach, Alex Le, has been very wonderful and honestly, I am grateful that he became my coach in the end! Of course, I also appreciate the help of Janice and Kellsey! Very patient, understanding and to-the-point; no vagueness, no rudeness. I had some problems with my new job a few weeks back, limiting my time to do a check-in with Alex and he was calm and understanding of my situation. It's been a great journey being part of this program to this day and will now be an even better journey! God Bless to you all!

So far with this program I have learned so much! Especially with the 1:1 coaching calls with Alex he has given me so much confidence and helped any questions I have had over these past 60 days. I can’t wait until I am completely certified. This is definitely a reliable program for success!):)

It's been an absolute pleasure working with Alex as a coach. Namely, the SCP program does cover an in-depth education on the skill set, which was alluded to during the initial strategy call. Alex’s coaching style makes training information tangible (relatable) to real-life experiences as a setter. He's very likeable, intelligent, respectful, and diligent to all my needs as a student. Most remarkable is the way we (students) are able to pose questions and also provide our best responses during weekly Q&A. He assesses and breaks down why it may or may not be the best response and always shares numerous ways to handle the same scenarios. It is a delight working with Alex! I am confident that he is well on his way to producing a myriad of quality setters! From: Lauren Stith

Excellent course for any beginners to learn about appointment setting. Overall the program was a good and informative foundation for setters. What tops it off are the community and coaches especially Coach Alex who is always supportive, patient, and constructive in his approach to coaching us to be better at our craft. The coaches and the community keep one accountable in one's journey.

Alex did a great job in coaching me and being able to patiently answer all my questions and doubts. Did great in giving commente and ways for me to improve in the program. What a great opportunity to learn an amazing skill! Thank you for the guidance alex!

Richard's Setter Certification Program provides everything you need to go from zero to being a fully trained appointment setter. The training content and structure was extremely helpful, and the coaches, Angel and Kellsey provided fantastic support on the weekly Q&A sessions, and throughout the program. The community to you join is also wonderful, and I met some amazing fellow students through the course of roleplaying together.
