Richard Yu - Setter Certification Program™Reviews of impactclients.co

I had a really great experience with the setter program. The material is easy to understand and there is a lot of support offered by the coach's inside the program. I was really impressed with Richard and that is why I joined the program. I have no regrets at all and I highly recommend joining the program. A special shout out to Alex who was my coach and did an exceptional job.

I had an amazing experience with this program! I learned a lot from the modules, the biweekly coaching calls, and the roleplays. I really enjoyed my calls with my coach, Alex Le. He did a great job checking in on me, answering my questions and helping me become a top notch setter. Also special thanks to Janice Luong who helped me land a great job as a setter. And last but not least I am grateful to Richard for making this all possible. I definitely recommend this program 10/10, especially for those serious about becoming an appointment setter :)

Alex has been such a great coach and took very good care of me during the whole journey. He has always given clear and helpful answers to my questions and he has always been able to point me clear object or direction to go towards.

Just short of 4 months after starting the Setter Certification Program, I sit here preparing to start my new position as a Remote Setter with a great QBO. Over the last year I have spend thousands of dollars on coaching for different models of making money online - none of which were successful for me. The difference with this course is that you’re not left to build a business by yourself - you are learning a skill that allows you to step into an existing successful business and reap the rewards of their success! The community within the program is amazing and everyone is incredibly supporting of each other which made all of the difference. And student manager Janice made it possible for me to be connected with the QBO that is going to allow me to work towards the life of my dreams!

It was a good experience and all the advisors were very helpful during the course. If I were to recommend anything, it would be to get more feedback after doing interviews. I think I would have been more confident moving on to the next interview after any constructive criticism. However none was given even when I inquired several times, and not alot of communication after your certified. Not sure what was happening in the backend, but I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt, that they were working out some kinks in their system. I'd say to any students to take the initiative first, to keep on top of things youself. But overall the course was a good and informative foundation for setters who are looking to learn that field, and the learning system was very user friendly. I enjoyed the course and practicing with other students. I would definitely recommend 👍🏻

Great company. People are so helpful. My manager big shout out to Janice Luong, amazing person. Nothing is ever too much! Get involved in this company!!!

David was amazing. Learned so much about managing our IG lead funnel and setter process. I left every call with mega value and tons of confidence with working with our growing team and how to manage the success of the new members.

I had no previous experience in remote appointment setting, how online businesses work, and what working as a setter would mean or be like. I feel the program prepared me to be strategic, thoughtful, intentional and organized, in order to confidently approach and offer my services to a high-functioning online business. Having everything laid out has jump-started me into this area. The modules are clear and having all the scripts and preview of inside-the-business communication prepared me to begin setting and to have an idea of what to expect. The community is very positive and supportive, and I recommend being involved in giving and receiving in the community space. I learned a lot from others. The weekly coaching calls are key to seeing the thought-process in action and to evaluate and better practices. The experience and thinking that Janice and Alex offer in these coaching calls is great training! During my role play period, I had been expecting more personalized attention. My feedback was delayed due to issues outside my control, so I had to be proactive in making sure I received the feedback necessary to be successful in my final. Alex Le has been a great coach, following up closely with me regarding my final and now during the transition to my job search and in preparing for and evaluating opportunities. The overall experience has prepared me to begin in this new area to me.
