I am feeling so much more confident about working as an appointment setter after completing 75% of the video course. I felt unsure at the very beginning and Sebastian helped me to believe in myself. He is super friendly, kind and encouraging. Always giving positive feedback to my questions and getting right back to me quickly! I now feel sure I will be prepared to be an A team setter once I am certified. Thank you so much!

This has been an incredible learning experience. I feel like I have learned a lot of sales these past 3 weeks. The modules are very very well structured, and they are easy to use and to take notes on. I recommend the setter certification program for anyone looking for freedom and wants to live on their own terms!

The course is super extravagant, it really touched my heart. The way it outlines will eventually give results as a certified setter. Special thanks to my coach and mentor Sebastian Dreghici. I m mentored by him, he is always reachable to get through with all my queries as this a new domain and i m a first time learner here. Sebastian has helped me to ease the process and i m getting ready for my final exam. I will keep you posted as im clear my exam and ready to be launched into market as a setter.

All around-great experience. The course itself is clear and gets right down to teaching you the skills you need to hit your goals of completing the course. It is all in one place-course, communication with other students, communication with your coach-easy, simple. I had Janice as my coach and she was amazing. She was available to answer questions that I had, gave feedback and supported me until I found a solid setter position. The other students were also great. I haven't ever really been part of a group who was as supportive and goal oriented as this group. You all have the same goal-but you need each other to get there....brilliant. If you're looking for an at home opportunity, with a great support system and solid coaching, this one is it.

What a great course! Alex was my coach and he is incredible. He always made sure I got my regular check-ins and helped me with any questions had. I've learnt many great skills on how to communicate with leads properly, definitely something I can apply to my future endeavours

For many years I wanted a business to be more self sufficient, but the business models I have tried out in the past had me overwhelmed with everything that needed to be done to in order to be successful. I was happy to find this program as it helps you build a firm foundation on how to acquire the skill of setting prior to growing into other skillsets one might need in the future. I also enjoyed the role-play system as well as my coach, Alex, who was great at pointing out what I needed to work on and the game plan with tasks I had to accomplish before our next meeting. Alex was a great asset when hosting live Q&A coaching calls where I was able to make sense of everything I learned and gain more insight on how be an effective setter. I am glad I found a company who is more realistic with their approach on how someone may acquire their long terms goals. Richard and his team are genuine which makes the overall experience more personable. If setting has sparked an interest in you, then I highly recommend it especially if you think it's impossible. They will guide every step of the way.

Wanted to give a great thank you to Richard Yu and his Setter Certification Program and share my experience so far. I began my journey inside the program back in late December of 2022 after following Richard on IG for about 6 months or so. I felt very “at home” from the get go! Kelsey, Angel and Janice were very courteous and also knowledgeable and skillful at their respective positions. It was a very “safe” environment to be welcomed inside. In regards to the training, 5 stars definitely. Very detailed, methodical and you can tell immediately that nothing is left to chance. Success requires systems and they definitely tended to every detail in theirs. All videos, digital documents and coaching calls were to the point and helpful even for complete beginners with setting such as my self. Love how we were encouraged to take our own notes for every lesson and submit them to remain accountable. As far as the community goes, it’s second to none. After completing the theoretical part, together with many like minded individuals ready to help each other out, we all put theory into practice via roleplaying until ready to submit for testing and then go on a live test with our coach! Throughout this process I gained practical knowledge and experience regarding the setting skill and was certified after about 45 days of training. Then followed the placement procedure. Again training helped prepare for interviews and placement finally came for me in mid June. There were attempts to connect me with another 3 QBO’s prior to my placement but appointments couldn’t be setup so there was kind of a big delay however I’d really like to thank Janice at this point for sticking with me and persisting to find the ideal QBO for me. And she finally did. One week after my interview I was onboarded to the team, and for about another week I went through orientation and shadowing my QBOs original setter. I began setting on my own immediately after, booked my first appointment in my 3rd shift and had my first close by my 4th shift. 3 weeks into setting I feel very confident and happy with my QBO plus I’ve managed to book another 8 appointments and made another close and feel like I’m just getting warmed up! During the whole process Janice continued to check in with me weekly and supported anything I needed. Summarizing, I’m truly grateful that I decided to join Richard Yu’s Setter Certification Program and definitely recommend it. Great Professionals, Great People and Great Potential for whoever applies themselves and follows the framework that just plain and simple produces results!
