Using the kit was easy and the results were provided in a timely manner. I was a bit shocked by my results, as a previously diagnosed Celiac, I was surprised that I did not have above normal antibody levels. I don’t think it’s very clear exactly what to expect, what levels are normal. I am a person that prefers to see actual values, numbers and ranges would be more valuable to me than just a green “Normal.” I guess that was a bit disappointing to me. The report wasn’t as informative or specific as I expected. But, maybe my expectations were unreal. The customer service is available and everything went as they said it would. No real complaints I guess.

The process was quick, discreet and very informative. I’m very happy we finally reached the point where this testing is widely available. This will surely help a great number of people who are misdiagnosed, or simply need to check in on their adherence to their GF diet. Thank you!

Easy process. Video tutorial was helpful. I was grateful for the second lancet since I didn't get good flow out of the first finger stick.

Lancets were very difficult to use, both broke, making blood draw long and painful.
