I am waiting now for some results hoping it doesn’t take too long I’m tired of isolating👍The gal that tested me on the 13th was very arrogant and pushy .the people Claireespecislly have been busy extremely helpful and nice. Overall a very nice company to work with just a few Biggs to work with now sincerely Jane Lividini Overall everyone has been extremely nice now ask me after I get my results and how long they take I might feel differently if it takes forever but you have a good company you’ve created

Had a good experience, a bit costly but good service

I was so relieved to know that we could get my son Christian tested. His doctors have been unwilling, or unconvinced that it was necessary. We bought our kit from Amazon, received it quickly, had no trouble collecting the sample, and sent it in last Saturday. It's Monday night, after close of business, of the following week and we still do not have our results. Really this wouldn't be a huge deal, but my son has been in contact with one of their reps whom told him he would have the results by the end of last week. That obviously has come and gone, so he reached out again this morning, and again the rep said he should have results by the end of the day. Well it's almost 6 pm their time and still no results. My son is really bummed and stressed out, he keeps getting his hopes up only to be let down and that's not cool. It's not very professional to say one thing and do another. **Edit.. after sharing my frustrations with Imaware, they are apologetic and are refunding me my money. I got clear feedback and that I appreciate.

The Lancet used to cut your finger is a small blade. Squeezing blood out of your finger was kind of difficult. The labs near where I live wont draw blood without a doctor's orders so I hope this is reliable. You are supposed to send your blood back without any ice pack or anything to keep it cold which concerned me so I hope that doesnt effect anything. But i would do this again if there was a test I thought I needed but couldnt get.

Very fast. The only problem I experienced is a yes/no question about family history. There should be a 3rd option-‘unknown’. I doubt it affected my results-just might be an issue w/some tests...

The test reflected what I expected, as I have been Gluten Free for six years now. Service was quick.

Pleased with how quickly the process was, ordered the test and got my results back in space of 7 days. Said I had 1% chance of having RA, so I have my answer on that.
