The customer service representative, Aimee was delightful and very informative and patient. When she needed to check on cabin availability or some other concern we had she was very polite and let us know we would on a short hold. Also her follow thru with emails of our agenda info and receipt of our deposit was in a timely manner. We give her an A+ Thank you

Though our trip is still more than a year away, I feel that I had built up my confidence on this trip after downloading on line all the documents and informations I needed furnished by Imagine Cruising. We’ve only just booked our trip, so this is preliminary, but I can say the South Africa trip ticked all the boxes for us as to what was provided. Our agent Harry Powell was excellent, thorough, friendly and very capable and ultimately caused us to go through with putting down our deposit. I’ll look to update this review or do another review once we’ve taken the trip.
