Imagine Cruising USAReviews of imaginecruising.com

Booking process was very easy and efficient. Jonathan was very helpful and knowledgeable on the package itinerary and guided on decisions. The only negative is the reading of the legal disclaimer and keeping up with those details, but am able to read on my own. Looking forward to our trip.

Extremely helpful to keep cost down for adaptations for our needs. Pricey trip but looking forward to it

Well I haven't taken my trip yet, but so far I am very pleased with the service I received from the sales team. This is my first time booking with Imagine Cruising and they seem to be very thorough.

Excellent service, went beyond expectations. It may be too early to give a review before going on the vacation, but I want to acknowledge the way these guys set up a land/cruise vacation I’ve wanted for a long time. 21 days, flights, hotels, and a 12 day cruise thru the Norwegian Fiords. It’s a lot of complicated logistics they were able to put in place. The one drawback was documentation and confirmation. In today’s world, organized crime is a fact of life, and due diligence demands confirmation at every stage. I signed several documents, twice, without fully documented evidence of what I was getting. I paid a substantial down payment without a signed receipt. I felt exposed until the package was processed. I think Imagine Cruising need oto address this. That said, this probably would not have happened if I had gone to the web site and ordered from the list of vacations listed on their site. I responded to a web advert and was contacted by an agent who made it happen.

Imagine cruising offered a great combination land and cruise tour of South America/Antarctica. This is a tour that includes everything we have not experienced in SA; from Manchu Picchu to Rio. Looking forward to it. Details were a little lacking but pray that all will be well

Glad to be using the tour group. The process at the beginning was laborious. Spelling out each name, letter etc. Would have preferred a from for me to fill out.

Good explanation of the cruise.

I have not yet gone on my trip (9 months from now) and, hopefully the experience will continue to be good but, so far, it’s been excellent. Imagine Cruising has provided all the needed information in a very timely manner. Even when I needed some additional information and could not reach the customer service dept, the manager called me back to provide the necessary information. The booking process, including upgraded airfare has been quick and efficent. The trip, which is a land and sea voyage throughout Japan appears to be extremely well planned, all inclusive and high end. If the result ends up as impressive as it’s been so far, I will certainly use their services in the future and recommend them to others.
