Vincent was just the best. He took all the time needed to explain the tip to us. I would have never have booked this tip wiithout Vincent's knowledge and experience. Imagine cruising has been fabulous.

The representative, John was very thorough in explaining travel specifics and legal matters. His delivery was easy to understand and had answers to all my questions. An excellent experience overall. Zane answered all our questions. If he didn't immediately know the answer, he quickly checked, politely asked us to hold for a very short period, before telling us what we needed to know. He went out of his way to find accommodating flights and then sent all the information requiring signatures to us promptly. Thank you!
