This company has awful awful customer service I called to get my credit protection benefits starting was too old it would take 90 days told him I was paying for some credit protection that that I can't use it much hopefully I'll be back to work before the 90 days is up so I end up canceling my car that I don't want to deal with a company like that who who has predatory policies

This card is really behind the times. It’s a credit card with old services you would have expect at the turn of 2000. The annual fee provides no value at all in realistic benefits - just benefits you more than likely won’t ever use. Oh! This bank is all about fees. You should have to deal with a fee until you activate your card, not a fan of being billed weeks before for a card that shows up weeks later. Let’s not forget the barely speaking English customer service people. Chances are the bank doesn’t pay well and this is what you get.
