Guide was amazing. My only complaint was flying us two hours straight south and then flying back two hours north on the way to Europe. This was done both ways and added four hours of flying to an already long flight.

We had a marvelous time on our Heart of Europe tour. Our director was helpful, informative, yet in command. The places we visited were historic and interesting. Two turkey meals at hotels were ordinary, and one accommodation in Germany was a bit noisy for sleeping. Otherwise, everything else was extraordinary,

Tour was very enjoyable, lead by a great Image Tour guide. Only disappointment was with the food in some of the countries such as Holland, Belgium, Austria, and Germany. I suspect that has less to do with the tour agency, but more to do with the regional cuisine, that was not to my liking, meaning overly salted and overly cooked meats. Luckily food began to greatly improve once we hit Italy and was good from then on. The hotels were on the whole ok, with the ones in Switzerland and Austria having outstanding views. Switzerland was the best with good food and great views. It was a long and tiring trip but well worth the experience.

We enjoyed everything from our room and our maid, dining and our staff in the Windjammer restaurant, the service at the bar around the pool, the excursions and our guides, the other travelers we met. Our room was a little too small as were had one with the deck and even though we asked for a non smoking room were not able to smoke outside on the deck. I would recommend the curfew for re-boarding the ship should be extended from 4:30 to later, as it rather limited us from taking more than one excursion. All in all it was a great cruise and we are very satisfied and happy to have had a wonderful winter get-away.

We saw a lot in four countries. Many of the little side trips were ones we would not have known about. We loved the Military Tattoo in Edinburgh and both the Scottish Dinner Show and Irish Dinner Show. We also loved our tour guide and bus driver. Image Tours gives an unforgettable experience by having comfortable accommodations, buses, great food and fun.

Our trip was educational and interesting. We enjoyed the experience.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH IMAGE TOURS. WE DID THE EUROPE FULL CIRCLE TOUR AND HAD A GREAT TIME. I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN FOR ANOTHER FUTURE TOUR.

Tour guide/ Ron Laset was extremely lknowlegable and made it very interesting !!!! Never a dull moment! Would definitely do another tour with Image and Ron
