About Image Tours

Roelof Postmaa, Sr., an educator in The Netherlands, founded Image Tours in 1939 in Amsterdam. He began taking his students and their parents on trips as a hobby. Recognizing people’s need for guidance in planning their travels, Mr. Postmaa developed a successful business hosting tours throughout Europe. He firmly believed that travel broadens one’s horizon and enriches one’s mind.Mr. Postmaa’s son, Roelof Jr., began assisting his father in the family business while still in high school. Roelof Jr. opened an office in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 1960 and began offering the company’s signature HEART OF EUROPE ® tour to groups such as fraternal organizations, employee associations, churches, school choirs, orchestras, and marching bands.In 1986, the company began partnering with travel agencies to offer their escorted Europe tours to the general public, thereby becoming firmly established throughout the United States. Today, Image Tours is led by Monique Kasmauskis, the daughter of Roelof Jr., and her husband, Mike. They, along with all the Image Tours associates, are dedicated to providing Superior Value with a Personal Touch. Thanks to this dedication, Image is often praised by both travelers and travel agents for courteous service, meticulous traveler preparation, and flawless execution of its tours. Our HEART OF EUROPE ® tour has endured since 1960, and has been enjoyed by thousands of first-time travelers to Europe. The circle tour of Europe exceeded our expectations. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. Would not hesitate to book another Image Tour.

Best trip ever
My husband and I thought this British isles trip was the best trip we have been on. Our guide was very knowledgeable on every thing. Our bus driver was very curtious and a safe driver We had a great group of new friends. Everyone got along. We plan to take another image again in a few years. Maybe best of Europe tour.

We had an excellent trip to Germany
We had an excellent trip to Germany, Austria and Switzerland. There were many highlights but Oktoberfest was definitely one. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable. Connie Arens/John Pope

The driver and tour guide were top …
The driver and tour guide were top notch! Learned a great deal of history that we would have never gotten if we were traveling on our own. Also enjoyed all our friendly and fun loving fellow travelers. We had a really good trip and likely will travel with Image again. We certainly will recommend you to all our friends. Thanks for a stress free vacation.

We were on the WW 2 Memorial Tour
We were on the WW 2 Memorial Tour. It was a fantastic experience. Our tour manager Fred Pot was spot on with information and history. My son and 17 year old grandson were my companions. We were equally sorry when our tour was over. I came home with renewed appreciation for our boys that gave their lives for not only Americans but also for the freedom of our allies.

Was absolutely perfect
Was absolutely perfect. The tour guide was so intelligent. He knew history so well. Learned so much history that I already studied in school but was furthered by his knowledge. Traveling in the luxury bus was so pretty to view the scenery as we traveled. Food was great. A value for the price of the Circle of Europe tour . A lifechanging experience. Hotels were accomodating and nice.
