I absolutely LOVE this place. Everyone is so friendly and it makes getting in shape so much fun! If you are on the fence about this place....just do it. You'll be happy you did.

When I took my first class, I was very nervous and intimidated. I never did kickboxing before, so I didn't know what to expect. Well, after my class I was totally hooked and excited to come back for my next class. I have been goin 3xs a week since I became a member and I enjoy each class and every instructor! If your looking for a full body work out, look no more...come join the family. You will get that and so much more!!

Super friendly people and a convenient location. The most fun you will have in a workout! Every month there is a new way to give back each time you check in which is pretty cool plus fun contests and theme nights.

I love being part of the ILKB family. The instructors are friendly, welcoming, and motivate you to be the best and reach your highest potential. They are always on the mat assisting with form and technique. Definitely kicks your butt, but in a fun way.

Me and my husband just joined after a few of our friends raved about ILKB- Fitchburg MA. We love going here after work. Staff is great, very welcoming, and we love making new Fit Friends!
