ILKB has changed the way I live my life. The staff is very supportive and helpful when I need it.

I have signed up for so many gym memberships, spent so much money, and barely went. When I got out of high school it was hard to find activities or sports that were actually fun instead of going to run on a treadmill for an hour every day at the gym. I did the three class trial for only $19.99 and on my first day I had a blast. It’s a total but kicker, but I’ve never had so much fun working out. The staff is so amazing and they’re always pushing you to do better because they know you can. I absolutely love Silverdale’s I Love Kickboxing and never want sign up for a regular gym again!
