This is a great place to workout and have fun! the staff are genuine and helpful. Great place!!

What a fun place to go get a kick butt workout! The instructors and other members are encouraging and know how to make it fun. They take time to teach you and push you to work hard... but not an in your face yelling at you kind of push. I always look forward to the workouts. What I love most about the workouts is they are great for anyone, at any fitness level.

Don't miss out on joining in as a founding member! I'm always excited to go and push myself harder because I love this place. ILKB is amazing!
