Not enough good things to say about this place after just 1 day! So motivating, so clean, so welcoming, so encouraging, so family like! You walk in and you're treated like someone they see every day. Class is fun! Classmates and instructors are so nice and helpful! It's just amazing! Sign up and see for yourself!

I'm just a couple classes in and so far it is great! Everyone is very nice and helpful. You get to work out with no shoes, love that, and the workouts really get your heart pumping! Overall a nice studio, friendly staff, the members are awesome, and the price is right.

I'm really not a workout class or gym person, because I'm super self-conscience, but this place is awesome! Not once have I ever felt like I was being judged. The trainers and other members are all super accepting and encouraging.

Absolutely obsessed! The instructors are amazing, super knowledgeable, and friendly! But don't let that fool you, they will push you to be your best. Highly recommend joining this crazy fit-fun family!

ILoveKickboxing -Roanoke is AWESOME! The staff is amazing. The workouts leave me feeling pumped and motivated. No place I'd rather go to get a full body workout.
