ILKB Pacifica, CA has been life changing. I have improved in my overall health and getting better every class. I love the staff and the people in the classes as well, everyone is very nice. Its a clean, professional, and fun atmosphere. You don't even realize your working out until the next day when you can barely move.

I love kickboxing Fitchburg has literally been life changing! Not only has it helped me stay in shape but it has centered me entirely! It’s definitely my stress reliever! EVERY single staff member is amazing! They are all motivating full of energy and treat everyone like family! They pay attention to each individual and watch when they need assistance or just a little push for the day! The gym is sooo clean! The restrooms are nice and clean also! They’re always sanitizing the mats and bags! I can’t recommend it enough! I tell all my friends about it!

I signed up with ILKB in January at the Boynton Beach location and I absolutely love it. The workouts are never boring, never the same, and always total body. I was hesitant at first to sign up being that it has always been a challenge for me to stay consistent in terms of fitness, but once I committed to ILKB, there was no looking back and I had to force myself to make the most out of my membership (which I quickly discovered isn't hard at all to do!) The instructors make it as fun as possible and are extremely encouraging and down to earth. They get on your level and will help you improve your routines, focus on your form, and push you to do more than you ever thought you could. I no longer feel intimidated by new workout moves or by the warmups and look forward to the bag rounds where we learn all kinds of cool techniques. I seem to get a little better each day I attend because they make sure they show you how to do it the right way and talk you through how to improve. They treat their customers like family and call me by name every time I attend a class. 5 stars from me for sure! -Raquel

The staff is great and always ready to motivate. Loud music and positive attitudes make for a great full body workout. I've never been this excited to workout! :)

The Pacifica, CA location is conveniently located and has plenty of parking. The staff are friendly, knowledgable and high energy. A great workout for all levels!!

Awesome experience. Instructors are awesome... great vibes, alot of encouragement. 1st timers get an instructor to help out. LOVE IT.
