I wouldn't trust any of the 5 star / positive reviews simply because every single one of ILKB's franchises tells it's member "if you leave positive reviews on a certain number of websites we will give you a free pair of special colored gloves". Any company that has to encourage customers to leave positive reviews in exchange for a free limited edition product has questionable ethics to begin with. Aside from that, their "trainers" are not nationally accredited or trained fitness professionals, they're nothing more than young kids reading prompts off of an iPhone script.

ILKB is by far the most motivational place to work out! The staff and people are so helpful and kind and the class is so fun!

Great classes and staff. It is definitely worth it to reduce your weight within six weeks to 20lbs. You will for sure see the difference within f. They keep motivating you and fun. You may find difficult to push yourself initially and once you are used to it, you gonna love it. You will see improvement in your stamina, strength and more energetic.

My ILKB (BRstrong) family produces an atmosphere where I can relax, have fun, be myself and burn a ton of calories. I couldn’t ask for a better workout environment. I love kickboxing is a high intensity full body workout that can be modified to accommodate any skill level. For you first class a trainer works with you one on one. The instructors and members are so welcoming and signing up was a tru life changer! Do your mind and body a favor and give it a try! You won’t regret it!
