Ilkb Escondido is amazing i got a Groupon to try it out and I signed up after my third class it’s really worth it I have seen Fred results and I love it

ILKB in Escondido CA has been such a great asset in my life. I joined without any fitness goals. I just needed an outlet and something to do by myself. But, I have noticed such a difference in eating habits, endurance, mood, strength. The instructors have been helpful and encouraging throughout. The workouts are challenging but worth every second. I love the atmosphere. There are people from all walks of life and I never feel out of place.

Ilovekickboxing in Escondido is the best because they have an amazing and supportive staff that cares about your goals and will always push you to do your best. The atmosphere is great because all the members are nice and welcoming. Best way to get an intense workout in an hour.

A great kickboxing studio! Staff are friendly, energetic, and empowering! Studio is super clean, music is loud and fuels the energy to keep us going! I would recommend this studio to anyone looking for a good workout! I also have a gym membership to one of those other places (starts with a C ends in an E), I dumped them after my first class at ILKB!! 🥊❤

This Kickboxing Studio is so much more than just a kickboxing studio! The fitness coaches are more than coaches, they treat you like family and are very friendly but hold you accountable and help you every step of the way to reach your goals! You will leave feeling good about your workout and laughing due to the amazing time you will have while working out!

This place is phenomenal. I love this place. I have never liked to work out, and therefore had no motivation to do so until I took the trial classes and saw how this could be a part of my lifestyle. The group setting motivated me from the start to continue to push myself. I am proud of the changes I am seeing. The staff is spectacular! Joining was the best choice I made.
