Ilovekickboxing is a fun and effective way to lose weight. Instructors are always very fun and energetic , workouts are challenging but not impossible . 10/10 recommend

All the good reviews are encouraged by ILKB in order to receive free gloves. Hard to go back to delete the 17 reviews required in order to get the free gloves when you actually realize they are a horrible company with very bad business ethics. Their franchises can close down anytime and you lose all the money you’ve paid.

I ❤️Kickboxing is a great total body workout, even for beginners. The atmosphere is always fun, positive and upbeat. The instructors are awesome and helpful, if you are looking for a non boring workout, then this is for you! 😊

I LOVE ILKB DeWitt. I signed up for a 10 day trial and it has honestly changed my life. I was hooked the first day. The trainers are so supportive and push you to do your best. Come check it out!

'Highly Recommend ' I joined this gym after my first class and have not been disappointed! The instructors are awesome, high energy, and motivating without being in your face. I can go in alone or with friends and always feel welcomed. The workout is second to none. I have lost inches and toned up in the month that I have been there. The gym is very clean and I highly recommend checking it out!

I love this studio. All the staff is great. The work outs are tuff but good. I look forward to working out.
