Im in love with my workouts now and the Stoughton location is the best because the instructers are so friendly and they have a lot of class times to work around my busy schedule! Ive been telling all my friends and recommend for everyone to come here

I went to my first class in Northglenn Colorado today. It was amazing and the most intense workout I've ever done. The place is clean, the staff is super nice and incredibly motivational. My only complaint is the price packages. They have two. That's it. No options for drop in or something more flexible for people on a budget. In my city, it's only 149 or 125 and that was IF you signed up the day of your first trial class. I would definitely become a member of there were more options. I'll stick with my gym membership at 20 bucks a month. The price is he ONLY con. This is a great total body workout otherwise.

I despised any type of group classes until last night. Went to my first class and fell in love with kickboxing immediately. Everyone was so welcoming from the minute my sister and I walked through the door. I really admire how the trainers walk around during the class to make sure everyone is doing things right. Everyone was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The place was spotless and over all I would recommend it to anyone even thinking of taking a class! Can't wait to go back! -RC

This is by far the best full body workout I've ever done. the staff is so motivating it really helps you push yourself even harder. I look forward to each and every class.

Went in for the first time and walked out with a membership the same day! There's no way I could deny the opportunity to be continually pushed and motivated by the best staff, in the freshest gym, jammin tough and going hard with people who just wanna kill it!! Love it!!! Is possible! With my first class I learn how to throw a punch, and workout every single muscle of my body that I thought I never had. It got me energized when class ended just wanted to keep going. It was amazing !!!!
