This is for the Hamilton NJ location! I absolutely love this gym! The workouts are worth every penny! I remember my first workout I smiled the entire time because I loved it so much and right after class I asked ho much it paid to be an instructor. Our instructors make you feel like your family and never let you give up on yourself. I love this place and wish I could go more often.

I loved working out for the longest time but as I got older and got busier, I lost the enjoyment, the motivation, and the time. ILKB gave me the motivation to get back in shape and the other members are so inspirational and keep me coming back even when I'm exhausted. The trainers push you to reach new goals but they never make you feel embarrassed if you are a beginner. There is ALWAYS someone to help you out. I love Hamilton - ILKB and recommend it to everyone looking for a new, fun, & exciting workout! The first class is tough but you'll feel the muscles shredding and the fat melting if you keep working your program.

Ilovekickboxing.com has changed my life. Not only has it helped me to shed two pant sizes but I have also gained skill, motivation, and an outlet for so many emotions! I didn't know that I just hadn't found my "thing" that drives my motivation. The customer service is amazing. I can always get one on one help with technique and they are always able to provide feedback, tips, and ways to improve.

I can't say enough positive things about my time spent at ILKB Midtown East. As a dancer and overall fitness lover, I am always looking for new and exciting workout routines to challenge me and keep me motivated. After almost 2 years of membership I have to say I think I have found my dream workout. The instructors are passionate, well educated, and attentive, always eager to offer advice to improve your technique and help you reach your fitness goals. The members are kind and super supportive, making you feel like you are a part of a family. The workouts are hard and will push you to your limits. At the end of that hour though, you leave that mat feeling stronger both mentally and physically and are ready to take on the world. This is a place that molds people into badasses, and I am proud to be one of them.

Seriously, this has been the best workout I've had in my entire life. I joined for the great deal.. Thinking I would give it a try, and also thinking I wouldn't want to continue with the investment to actually take the classes. Boy was I wrong! I LOVE this! I get such an amazing workout and it truly helps relieve STRESS! Physically and mentally this is the best thing that I've ever done for myself! I love all of the instructo rs at the Hamilton location and I feel completely comfortable learning everything they're teaching! I joined for the unlimited monthly deal after my first class from my web special! It's been amazing!!! Thank you ILKBHamilton! You rock!!!!!

I'm the type of person that hates exercise and being active. ILKB changed that. not once did I feel uncomfortable at the Hamilton ILKB. They are professional, friendly, positive, and encouraging. You can tell them your goal and they will help you reach. I believe everyone should give it a try its absolutely worth it!

I've been a member with ILKB for 6 months now and I love it! The instructors are fantastic, and I love the class format!

My favorite part - I loved seeing that this workout can be for EVERYONE! There were people of all shapes, sizes, and genders. Everyone is on their own personal journey, with different goals, skill, and endurance level, but iLoveKickboxing's classes really work for anyone, no matter where they are in that journey. I love that! So many wonderful people. :)
