ILoveKickBoxing is amazing! The staff is so friendly and they really motivate me to want to better myself. I have already lost a few inches and pounds in the short amount of time I have been going. This is such a great workout! I can't thank and recommend them to all my family and friends! The workouts are so worth it!

I started going to ILoveKickboxing in Coventry late this summer and absolutely fell in love with it! My body is way tighter, I'm stronger, and mentally feel way better about myself. The staff and kickboxing community are so supportive and really make class a blast! If you're looking for an amazing workout and a group of positive, determined people, definitely join ILKB, you won't regret it!

Have you tried it? If not?, why?! It's fun, motivating, great staff, awesome music. Your working out and you don't even know it. Before you even realize it you have just burned a ton of fat and calories all while having a great time. So again I ask, Why Not?!

Ilovekickboxing, is awesome!!! Every time I walk in to the place, the staff is great and very welcoming. Not to mention that every time I walk out of there, I feel like a million bucks, because I know that I get in the best workout possible. The trainers really push you to give your 110%.

I kid you not when I say you will feel every muscle you didn't know existed after your first day. Despite the pain, the amazing instructors who motivate you, the members who inspire you, and most especially, YOU, will keep you going so you can reach your goals! This is honestly one of the best things that has happened to me in 2016! I actually look forward to working out and that was unheard of prior to ILKB!
