Ilovekickboxing in Silverdale is a great place to be apart of. The workouts are not easy but they are well worth the fight. I wanted to join a place that would motivate and push me to be the best me I can. I am someone who needs to be pushed a bit to get going, and this place definitely does that. I'm already seeing results and I am feeling better and stronger. Very happy I joined the Ilkb family.

What can I say! This place is just AMAZING! The trainers, the classes, the whole environment & crazy energy it's just RIGHT! ..from day 1 I felt right at home.. I look forward every time to my next Class! They take the time to greet every single one of their members with such warm heart that you feel you have known them for ever.. like family.. they did an amazing job building such strong community way before the gym opened ..that by the time all members got together they already knew each other .. My wife and I joined iLoveKickboxing to be more active. This organization went above and beyond what we were expecting. Great staff to help you motivated; different routines to keep things interesting; clean professional facilities. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get in great shape and who enjoys punching/kicking!

Awesome place to get a good workout. Great energy from instructors who give you the push you need. Workout constantly change so you don't get bore from the usual routine. Always sweaty and feel better at the end of the workout.

ILKB Kennesaw is really an amazing studio. Everyone is great and I really enjoy going to each kick butt class. I have seen serious results in just a little under a month. That is huge for as hard as I have been workout. I'm very glad I added this to my weekly routine. You will not regret giving this place a chance!
