I joined ILKB a month ago and it's already impacted my life in nothing but positive ways! The instructors passion rubs off on you while they teach and does nothing but push you thru the class! I'm so happy I became part of this family.

The class is so much fun and full of energy. The intructors do an awesome job motivating and providing nutrition tips. Just the addition I needed on my road to being a healthier and more fit me.

Ilovekickboxing Fountain Valley is one of the best workouts hands down. All of the instructors are great. The owners are also so motivating to everyone. I love it so much I attend 5-6 times a week because I have seen results and it's definitely a stress release. It's not easy but so worth it!

I absolutely love working out at I Love Kickboxing Houston Memorial! I have been going for a little over three months and have had AMAZING results!!! The workouts change each day, and they are always challenging, but so much fun! But the best part is the instructors! They are so motivating and encouraging and create such a fun environment! I am so thankful to have found a place that I can go where I can get such great results while having so much fun!

This place is amazing! You get a great full body workout...you don't realize you've been working for an hour because you thoroughly enjoy what you're doing. The instructors are what really sets this place apart- day one I felt like family.

My experience with ILoveKickboxing- Oldsmar has been life changing! Not only is it a killer workout, but also the most fun I've ever had at a gym. The trainers there are some of the most motivating individuals I've met. They always have different contests going on, and even a themed DJ night every month. I am so excited about the results I've seen in not just myself, but all the other members (including my parents- yes they work out there too). I HIGHLY recommend ILoveKickboxing to anyone looking for an amazing workout who also wants to have a great time! You can feel the energy when you walk into the gym. Positive vibes everywhere! Very glad to be apart of the family.

I hate gyms because I get demotivated the minute I get there, but this place has high energy music, high energy instructors and workout routines that change daily; I expected it to be fun, but hitting and kicking a bag is way more therapeutic than I even expected; you'll be sore, but if you go as often as you can you'll feel less sore, stronger and more motivated every time. The initial trial was stupid-cheap, and I liked it so I signed the crazy-long term contract the first day to get the cheaper rate, and I don't regret it at all, this is the only workout I've stuck to!

Never in a million year's would I say I love working out. I can say that since I joined ILKB almost 4 weeks ago. The staff is motivating which I need. It's an intense challenging but fun full body workout. Highly recommend if your looking to lose weight and get fit.
